Learning Experience Manager
In a challenging, international and dynamic environment
Full-time 36 hours/week, hybrid/Haarlem, 1-year contract subject to renewal, starting asap
Purpose of the position
The Learning Experience Manager ensures the high-quality, inclusive, and efficient delivery of all RNW Media and RNTC training offers. The role focuses on continuous improvement of the overall learning experience across scheduled courses, customised trainings, and coaching ensuring smooth operations, cost-efficiency, and consistent quality standards. The position also requires knowledge of hybrid learning models, experience with Canvas, and close collaboration with the wider team on course promotion and sales.
Your key responsibilities
Learning Delivery Management

Plan and coordinate the full learning delivery cycle, from scheduling to post-course evaluation.

Oversee participant communication, onboarding, and support, ensuring clear, inclusive, and timely information.

Collaborate with the Learning Design Manager to translate curricula into practical hybrid learning formats.

Ensure all courses meet RNW Media’s quality, safety, accessibility, and accreditation standards (NLQF, COBRK, ISO).

Manage course administration (admissions, certificates, participant records) and documentation on Canvas and other learning platforms.

Coordinate logistics for trainings and ensure smooth collaboration with trainers, suppliers, and delivery partners.
CRM & Data Management

Maintain and optimise Zoho CRM workflows, templates, and participant records.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry for participants and relevant contacts.

Use CRM data to support participant engagement, reporting, and coordination with the Digital Sales Manager and wider team.
Collaboration & Sales Alignment

Work closely with the RNTC, Programmes, and Media Innovation teams on the promotion and sales of training courses.

Contribute learner insights and course highlights to support outreach and positioning efforts.
Budgeting & Administration

Prepare and manage course budgets and track related costs, ensuring transparent and efficient use of resources.

Coordinate contracts with suppliers for venues, catering, and other services.

Oversee SharePoint documentation and internal organisational processes for training delivery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards for all courses.
What you bring

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

3–5 years of experience in learning delivery, operations, or training coordination within an international context.

Proven experience with hybrid learning, Canvas, and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

Experience in budgeting and financial tracking.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience collaborating across teams to align learning delivery with outreach or sales efforts.

A proactive, self-sufficient, and resourceful approach to work.

At RNW Media we have a competitive Compensation & Benefits package. This job is graded in salary scale 8 (€ 3.500,64 – € 4.964,34). Your salary and placement within the scale will be dependent on experience and expertise. We offer a 1-year contract, subject to renewal.
