Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Enrolment Advisor to support lead generation and conversion for two upcoming training programmes in Kenya. This role is remote and part-time, ideal for someone with experience in outreach, recruitment, or sales — particularly in the East African region. The advisor will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and converting qualified prospects into paid participants, directly contributing to the success of our regional training campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospective participants using digital channels, partnerships, and personal outreach.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies via social media, email, WhatsApp, and phone to generate leads and convert them into paid applicants.
- Maintain a clear focus on enrolment targets for the two Kenyan training programs.
Advising & Conversion Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to the Kenya trainings.
- Communicate the value, content, and benefits of the trainings clearly and persuasively.
- Guide potential participants through the registration and payment process, offering tailored support to facilitate conversion.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate closely with the Project Lead as well as the Marketing and Finance teams to align outreach efforts and enrolment securement.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and commonly asked questions to inform campaign adjustments.
CRM & Reporting
- Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrolment status in the CRM system (Zoho CRM)
- Track performance metrics, generate weekly reports on outreach and conversion progress.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in outreach, student recruitment, sales, or enrolment advising.
- Proven ability to meet enrolment or sales targets in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. Swahili or other regional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and Zoho CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with media, communications, education, or NGO sectors in East Africa is desirable.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with African or regional organizations, NGOs, or training institutions.
- Strong network in media, advocacy, or journalism sectors in Kenya or East Africa.
- A passion for social impact, learning, and empowerment through education.

Compensation
Breakdown of part-time position over span of three months:
Base pay (part-time): 15 hours a week x 250 EUR = 1000 EUR per month
Logistics stipend: 50 EUR per month
Performance bonus: 15 EUR per participant that has paid for the course (up to 600 EUR in total and paid at the end of the contract)
Total: 3150 EUR
