They will also supervise the top&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">management structure, as well as compliance, financial and risk management.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CEO Oversight and Support: The board is the formal employer of the CEO and\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">includes responsibility for recruitment, evaluation, and, if necessary, dismissal. They are in regular contact with each other and&nbsp;hold formal meetings&nbsp;approximately&nbsp;4-6&nbsp;times per year. These meetings require a certain amount of preparation time.
